Promotion policy and procedure (information not held). Staff Development and progress is monitored through the Professional Review process. Staff qualifications and CPD requirements and records are recorded in CiphrNet, the College HR Management System.
The College conducted a full Job Evaluation process in 2011-12, using software supplied by Northgate Arinso.
