Day Family session 7+ 12 - 16 yrs classes and gym
Monday   Group Cycle @ 4.30pm
Tuesday   Total Attack @ 4.30pm
Wednesday   Teen Gym @ 4.30pm
Thursday Family Fitness Class @ 6.30pm  
Friday   Group Cycle @ 4.45pm
Saturday Family Yoga @11am  
Sunday Family Circuit @8.45am

Group Cycle - Is a great cardio workout that targets improving aerobic fitness levels and leg strength. 

Total Attack - Is a high energy aerobic class set to great music.

Teen Gym - Have the freedom to work out in the CV area without needing an adult, all under the guidance of our friendly fitness team.
