Included in this package are the following:

Initial Consultation:

    • Completion of a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire.
    • Questions about overall health, current lifestyle, habits, and goals.
    • No charge for the consultation and no commitment required.
    • Opportunity for clients to ask questions and determine if the programme is a good fit.

Health and Fitness Testing:

    • Basic health tests: Height, Weight, Body Fat, Muscle Mass, Blood Pressure, and Peak Flow.
    • Fitness tests: 3RM (lower body, upper body push, upper body pull).
    • Optional additional tests: Cardiovascular, flexibility, and core strength.
    • Tests tailored to individual needs and requirements.

10 One-on-One Sessions (1 hour each):

    • Focus on ensuring competence in the gym.
    • Personal trainer present to motivate and guide.

Retesting Session:

    • Conducted after the 10-week block.
    • Follows the same protocols as the initial testing.
    • Opportunity to reflect on progress and discuss next steps.
Continuation Block - £275 content

  • Programme Update and Evaluation: After completing the initial 10 sessions, the programme is reviewed and updated to address any necessary changes.
  • New Exercises: Introduction and focus on new exercises based on the updated programme.
  • 10 One-on-One Sessions (1 hour each): Another set of 10 sessions, like the first block.
  • Continued Support: Ongoing support from the personal trainer, just like in the first block.

This continuation block ensures that your fitness journey is dynamic and tailored to your evolving needs. It sounds like a great way to maintain momentum and keep progressing towards your goals!

Please note, an initial run through of the exercises and teaching points is included to ensure safety and understanding of the exercises within the programme prior to beginning and working through yourself.
