I work within the Business Engagement Team as the National Training Programme Coordinator. I come from a background of People Development and Customer Service so I am very much excited to watch candidates achieve results and gain their certificates. I currently look after the sectors: Social Services and Health Care, Children and Young People, Hospitality, Business Admin and Hairdressing.
