CCN1 Core Domestic Gas Safety Course - Plus Gas Specialist Appliance Courses
What is special about this course?
At UHI Perth we offer Domestic Gas Safety Courses under the national gas certification scheme (ACS) accredited by BPEC. These courses assess the gas safety competences of candidates by the Initial, new entrants to the industry or the Re-assessment route for existing gas engineers on all aspects of domestic gas work and domestic gas appliances. Candidates undertaking these courses must satisfy the entry requirements defined by the Assessment Scheme Rules.
Any applicants that fully meet the pre-requisite requirement to undertake ACS assessments are not required to undertake refresher training. However, any applicant may wish to undertake refresher training to better prepare themselves for the ACS assessment process.
Training is NOT a pre-requisite for assessment and most candidates do elect to undertake gas training prior to being assessed.
