What is special about this course?
In a changing and dynamic world of work, employers tell us that our young people need to demonstrate flexibility and resilience to prepare for the unknown; that attributes matter as much as qualifications.
Whether you are a current student in a subject specific area or a progressing student from New Opportunities; this course will help prepare you for the world of employment by developing your digital skills, self-management skills, your ability to connect with yourself and others.

This course has a Personal Academic Tutor (PAT) and a Student Development Worker (SDW) attached to it who will help you to work on your confidence and any issues you may have in class or that prevent you from attending.
This course has a Learning Mentor attached to subjects where students may need extra support in class to complete coursework correctly.
