Christmas lecture considers 'What Goes Up Might Come Down’

Andrew Rae, Professor of Engineering, University of the Highlands and Islands held a lecture at Perth College UHI titled ‘Aircraft Design: What Goes Up Might Come Down’ last week. Engineering students and pupils from Dunblane High School and Perth Academy learned various aspects of the physics used in the design of aeroplanes, racing cars and bridges.

Andrew was nominated by IET Scotland (Institution of Engineering Technology), to perform the Christmas lectures which took place in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Inverness and Perth.
