7 days before Graduation |
We will e-mail you your final graduation information normally 7 days before the Ceremony. The e-mail will include a letter giving you an allocated appointment time to arrive at the Concert Hall to collect your robes. This email will also contain a briefing guide giving you full details about the Ceremony. Your guest tickets (you don’t need one) will be available for collection, on the day of the Ceremony, when you register, at Perth Concert Hall. |
Please remember that it is your responsibility to:
- Ensure that your contact information is kept up-to-date on your record.
- If any of your contact details change after 31 July, please email your new details to graduationcoordinator.perth@uhi.ac.uk
- Register before the deadline.
What to do before the day
- An email will be sent to your personal email address to tell you when registration for graduation opens, it will invite you to register and explain how to register to attend the ceremony. Please see our frequently asked questions for information regarding this. If you have not received a e-mail from us by 31 August, please contact us to let us know.
- Complete the online Invitation to Graduation promptly and before the deadline of 12 noon on Wednesday 11 September.
- Order your academic gown and hood and book your photography package.
- If you and / or your guests have additional support needs, please indicate this in the answer to the question when you register and the Graduation Co-ordinator will contact you to discuss your requirements.
Changing your details
If you make any changes to your registration (eg after registering you decide you are unable to attend or have moved house), please update our Graduation Co-ordinator with these details.
