Administration and IT

Our courses will allow you to develop an understanding of administration in the workplace and the IT skills required for a role in this sector.

We offer a wide range of full-time, part-time and distance learning courses to suit all abilities from short IT courses to an HND in Administration and IT that allows progression onto our Business and Management degree, year 3. Compare our Administration and IT courses.

IT courses

Our short IT courses will help you improve your IT knowledge and skills in a wide range of areas including spreadsheets and databases. They are all part-time and can be completed at home or with support in the IT Hub.

Professional Development Awards (PDA’s)

One-year, part-time courses that extend or broaden professional or vocational skills. They can also contribute towards the achievement of an HNC or HND in Administration and IT.

HNC Administration and IT

A one-year, full-time course with a balance of face-to-face and blended classes three days a week. This course is also available part-time or via distance learning over two years.

HND Administration and IT

A two-year, full-time course with a balance of on-line and blended classes three days a week. Direct entry into year two is possible with a 15 credit HNC in Administration and IT. This course is also available part-time or via distance learning over four years.
