Parallel Session themes, dates and timings
We will email you to confirm the time and date of your presentation once times have been scheduled for each presentation. In the meantime, you can check the session in which your presentation has been included as follows:
- Log into our online submission system, with your original Email Address and Password
- Here you will see your accepted abstract(s).
- Click on ‘Summary’ and you will be able to view the Session under ‘Categories’
Oral presentations
Oral presenters are allocated 15 minutes each. Within this time, you should allow for:
- a 12 minute presentation
- 3 minutes of questions and discussions
If you use a PowerPoint presentation, please bring this to the conference on a USB memory stick. It will not be possible for presenters to use their own laptops
All presentations should be prepared using Microsoft PowerPoint Version 2010 (for use on a PC – not a Mac).
Presentations will be uploaded by conference staff on the day they will be presented. Further instructions will be provided at the conference.
All talks must be in English (there will be no translation facilities available).
Round Table presentations
If you have been accepted for a Round Table presentation, your Session Chair will contact you to confirm the session format.
Posters
The maximum size for a poster is:
- A0 in portrait format (horizontal 841 mm x vertical 1189 mm), or
