Lecturer Health and Social Care Works Based Assessor/Internal Verifier Social Services and Health Care

Fran joined UHI Perth in 2014 as an Assessor and lectured in Health Care from 2020

Fran has a Social Services; managerial background having worked in the private sector as a Care at Home manager for many years.

She has helped NQ, NC, HNC and Access to Nursing students to gain a better understanding of a variety of subjects including Care Values and Principles, Understanding Mental Health, Health and Safety, Understanding Therapeutic Relationships and has supported HNC students with their graded Unit over the last two years. She has also supported both Modern Apprentices and Foundation Apprentices with their courses.
