Facilities

UHI Perth is situated in a large, mature parkland that has a fine collection of large trees scattered among the ample grounds. We also have a large, dedicated, walled Horticulture garden where students can learn about landscaping, plants, maintenance, growing and design. Situated in a sunny, corner of UHI’s Perth extensive grounds, the Horticultural Unit has a range of facilities to practice and develop a variety of horticultural and landscaping skills including, garden maintenance , use of machinery, lawns and lawn care, protected cropping, raised beds, water features, orchard, hard landscaping training areas and an expanding plant collection.
