We understand the need for our students to be work-ready and to achieve this we ensure we have strong links with employers in the hospitality sector.

A partnership between UHI Perth and Aramark brings a dedicated catering service to the College campus. Within the Brahan food court, we enjoy a unique partnership with hospitality students. All the food is prepared by the students who are studying on various hospitality programmes. This partnership provides the students with the opportunity to work in a fast-paced restaurant serving meals to fellow students, staff and visitors, gaining the real-life kitchen and front of house experience they’ll need in industry.
