Panel 1: Funding Options for Post-University Music Industry Projects

This panel will explore funding options for post-university music industry projects / business ventures. It will cover how to frame applications, highlighting key objectives that should be considered and enhance the application, such as equity, diversity, accessibility, and sustainability. Not only are these key themes and targets but prioritised by many funders, and demonstrating how to incorporate them into projects will be beneficial for students and industry at large.

Panel 2: Strategies for Moving Forward After Graduation

This panel will discuss the best strategies for moving forward after graduation. It will examine the self-employed model, the employment model, and the increasingly common hybrid model. The aim is to help students navigate the post-education industry landscape and choose the path best suited to their individual needs.

Panel 3: Contemporary Industry Concerns

This panel will address contemporary industry concerns that students should be aware of. It will feature representatives from various sectors, such as music supervision, label representation, publishing, and artist management (all TBC). This panel will provide insights into these roles and highlight current and future considerations, equipping students for their future careers.
