Awards nomination for Gallery Restaurant

The Gallery Restaurant at UHI Perth has been nominated in the 2023 Scotland’s Business Awards for ‘Best Restaurant’ in the Perth and Kinross area.

Ype Van Der Schaaf, Sector Manager Hospitality and Food Studies explained: “We are delighted to have been nominated for this award. Our Gallery Restaurant is our training facility here at UHI Perth. We are extremely proud of the high standards in both food and service that our students deliver supported by our experienced lecturers.

“During the academic year, we are open for lunch and dinner service where our students hone their skills and develop extensive experience preparing them for work in industry. We have a very loyal customer base and our restaurant enjoys an excellent reputation and is routinely fully booked. We wish all nominees the best of luck in the competition.”
