Hospitality Christmas Market

The Hospitality Department at UHI Perth are holding a Christmas Market on Thursday 30 November, 6-9pm.

Held in the Academy of Sports and Wellbeing (ASW) and the Webster Union-Link building on the Crieff Road campus, there will be over 20 stalls with a selection of homemade and artisan goodies.

Confirmed stallholders include: UHI Perth Hospitality, Lumens 13, Pens of Distinction, Casa Di Gelato, The Body Shop, Arts by Marianne, Atholl Crafts, Dundee Gin Team, Kinkell Studio, Hair and Beauty UHI Perth, Leaf Ralston, SL Patisserie, Callum Walker, Made by me, Personalised Gifts by Jade, Smelleezsoap, Domini’s cards, Lizcraftic, B the Nutter, Wee Green Slates and UHI Perth Marketing.

Christmas treats available for purchase include: Cakes, tablet, fudge, truffles, candles, wax melts, soaps, tree decorations, jewellery, original paintings, alcohol gifts, pottery, hair and beauty goods, cards, scarfs, handmade cards and personalised stocking fillers.

Organiser Rhona Mcluskey, UHI Perth lecturer explained: “We’re thrilled we have such a fantastic range of stallholders selling delicious homemade delights. Here at the college, we’ve been busy making the most of the fruit from the campus grounds to make wee bottles of Plum and Passion Fruit Gin, Rhubarb and Ginger Wine, Plum and Morello Cherry Gin and Plum and Peach Schnapps. There’s also preserved treats on offer created by our HNC/D Professional Cookery students.

“We’re really looking forward to welcoming members of our community to get into the Christmas spirit at this fun festive event. Funds raised will support an educational visit for our students.”

The UHI Perth Hospitality Christmas Market is open to everyone and will be held in the ASW and Webster Union-Link building on the Crieff Road campus on Thursday 30 November, 6-9pm.
