Event supports green technology
Biomass and compliance event
A recent event supported farmers and businesses from around Scotland in supporting ‘green technology’ with up-to-date talks on biomass and compliance.
Talks included Dr Robert Boyd, Perth College UHI, who discussed ‘EcoTechnic: Promoting and Supporting Green Technology in Perth and Kinross’. Dr Boyd explained: “The conference was useful in providing information and ideas on the latest innovations, technical advances and the financial landscape of the biomass industry.”
Attendees also heard from Scottish Renewables, Tayforth Machinery Ring, SAC Consulting, Bioheat Solutions, Renewable Energy Association and RDI Associates. Organised and funded by Use Woodfuel Scotland, Tayforth Machinery Ring, Perth & Kinross Council and EcoTechnic, the conference had an excellent turn out.”
