Closure of Dunkeld Road – Monday, 19 November 2018

Due to resurfacing works taking place on Dunkeld Road, Perth, traffic will not be allowed to travel outbound from Perth City Centre during the works. This will result in a number of local bus services being required to be diverted during these works.

The works are scheduled to commence on Monday, 19 November 2018 and will be in place until Friday, 30 November 2018.

During the closure the following services will be required to be diverted;

Stagecoach Services 2 and 15/15A

During the closure these services will divert via Melville Street, Balhousie Street, Florence Place, and Dunkeld Road before returning to their normal route on Crieff Road, opposite Farmfoods.

As the bus stops at Barrack Street and Royal Bank of Scotland will not be served, passengers are advised to make their way to the bus stops located on Melville Street or Balhousie Street to make their journeys.

Stagecoach Service 4A/56 (Perth College am journeys only)

During the closure these services will divert via Melville Street, Balhousie Street, Florence Place, and Dunkeld Road before returning to their normal route on Crieff Road, opposite Farmfoods.

As the bus stops at Barrack Street and Royal Bank of Scotland will not be served, passengers are advised to make their way to the bus stops located on Melville Street or Balhousie Street to make their journeys.

Stagecoach Services 4, 23/23A, 34/34A

During the closure these services will divert via Melville Street, Balhousie Street, The Rookery, and Gowans Terrace before returning to their normal route on Dunkeld Road.

As the bus stops at Barrack Street, Royal Bank of Scotland, opposite Asda’s, and opposite the TA centre will not be served, Passengers are advised to make their way to the bus stops located on Melville Street, Balhousie Street, The Rookery,  Gowans Terrace, or Dunkeld Road to make their journeys.

Dochertys Midland Coaches Service 155

During the closure these services will divert via Melville Street, Balhousie Street, The Rookery, Gowans Terrace and Dunkeld Road before returning to their normal route on Crieff Road opposite Farmfoods.

As the bus stops at Barrack Street and Royal Bank of Scotland will not be served, passengers are advised to make their way to the bus stops located on Melville Street, Balhousie Street, The Rookery, or Gowans Terrace to make their journeys.

Due to this closure it is anticipated that these services will operate subject to delays and we apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
