IT Students celebrate success
A celebration event took place on Thursday 14 June at Perth College UHI’s Pathways Learning Centre, to recognise the hard work of students who had successfully completed IT qualifications at the centre.
The IT courses on offer are ideal for those who want to get back to work, improve promotion prospectus or enhance their CV. Furthermore, the flexibility of these courses on offer allows students to study at their own pace, and fit learning around work, family and other commitments.
Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) student Iwo Korczynski was one of the highest achieving students in Scotland for his MOS Word test.
Anne Hughes, Learning Centre Manager at Pathways Learning Centre, said: “It was fantastic to bring together students from across our full range of IT courses and recognise the time and commitment they have given to their studies. Students work independently so this evening was an opportunity to meet up with fellow students, swap stories of what brought them to Pathways, be inspired to aim even higher and most importantly celebrate their successes together.”
